The Subconscious
Reprogrammer

Before sleep · theta state · new reality
Best used 5 minutes before sleep
The Science

In the last 5 minutes before sleep, your brain enters the theta state (4–7 Hz) — the same brainwave state as deep hypnosis. In this state, the critical mind relaxes and the subconscious becomes directly programmable.

Ancient wisdom traditions called this the "State Akin To Sleep." What is widely understood: much of our behavior operates below conscious awareness, and the mind is most open to new impressions in the hypnagogic state between waking and sleep.

Your only job: write the scene of your wish fulfilled. Feel it as real. Fall asleep inside that feeling. Your subconscious will work on it all night.

Write Your Scene

Write a short scene — as if your desire is already fulfilled. Use present tense. Include the feeling. Make it specific. This is the scene you will fall asleep inside tonight.

The scene (present tense, feeling of wish fulfilled)
The Teachers

"The feeling is the secret. The subconscious does not know the difference between an imagined experience and a real one. Feel the wish fulfilled — and the subconscious will work to make it real."

— Neville Goddard

"The subconscious mind is like a garden. Whatever seeds you plant in it — through repetition, emotion, and belief — it will grow. Plant consciously."

— Bruce Lipton

"Before you fall asleep, you are in the most powerful state of creation available to a human being. Use it deliberately."

— Dr. Joe Dispenza
